About Kickenut and how to use it
Kickenut is a totally free service. It helps you find official cancellation links when you want to cancel a subscription or unsubscribe from a service. Enter a company name to look for a route to its cancellation page.
Kickenut finds the link. You complete the cancellation with your subscription provider. Searching or opening a result does not automatically cancel anything or stop a payment.
How to unsubscribe from a service
- Enter the company. On Kickenut’s search page, type the name of the company or subscription you want to cancel.
- Choose Search. Wait for Kickenut to check for an official cancellation link.
- Open the result. Choose Unsubscribe now to open the provider’s page.
- Complete the provider’s steps. Sign in if required, follow the cancellation instructions and check for confirmation from the provider.
If the cancellation link doesn’t help
Return to Kickenut and choose Official Website when it is available. Sign in on the provider’s website and look for its subscription, account or billing settings.
Some searches may not find a verified cancellation link or official website. Check the company name and try again. If you still need help, contact the provider through its official support channels.
Cancel subscriptions and manage recurring payments
If you are looking to cancel a subscription, end a membership or stop a recurring subscription payment, Kickenut helps you find where to begin. The provider controls its cancellation process, any notice period and whether a refund is available.
Keep the provider’s cancellation confirmation. Use Kickenut’s search again whenever you want to look up another subscription.

This information explains how Kickenut handles information when you use our free subscription search service.
What you enter
You do not need a Kickenut account to search. We do not ask for your subscription passwords or payment details, and we do not access your subscription accounts. Please enter only a company or service name, not personal, account or payment information.
We process your search to find cancellation links. Search terms, discovered company websites and potential results may be stored in our search records and review queue to improve results. Our server also records search activity and technical details such as request times, pages requested, response status and errors. Your IP address is used to limit excessive requests and protect the service.
Hosting and external services
Kickenut is hosted by Render, which processes connection and technical information to deliver the website. When looking up a company, our server may send the company name to Wikidata and request pages from potential company websites. These services may process requests under their own privacy policies. See Render’s privacy policy and the Wikimedia privacy policy.
When you open a cancellation result or choose Official Website, you leave Kickenut. The provider’s own privacy policy applies to information you enter there.
Cookies and planned Google advertising
Kickenut’s search does not currently use advertising cookies or browser storage. Google advertising is being prepared; the displayed ad spaces are currently placeholders.
When Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to Kickenut or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalise ads using those visits. Advertising services may also process IP addresses, browser or device information and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage or opt out of personalised Google advertising in Google Ads Settings, and find choices for participating third-party advertisers at YourAdChoices. Browser settings also let you block or delete cookies.
We have selected Google’s consent system for the planned advertising setup. Where a consent message is presented, you can accept, decline or manage the available choices. This privacy section does not itself activate advertising or a consent message.
Stored information and your questions
Search caches, review records and server logs have different storage limits. Review records are limited by entry count rather than a fixed deletion date; hosting logs follow the hosting service’s settings. Search information is therefore not necessarily deleted when you close the page.
